2. Medical Disclaimer
Information provided on this website is intended for general educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Every patient is unique. Treatment recommendations, suitability and outcomes can only be determined following an individual consultation and clinical assessment.

-
discussion of your concerns and treatment goals;
-
review of your medical history;
-
assessment of treatment suitability;

A consultation does not guarantee treatment.

Clinical recommendations are made solely in the interests of patient safety and ethical practice.

5. Consultation Fee
Where applicable, an initial consultation fee of $100 is payable at the time of booking.
This fee is redeemable towards eligible treatment undertaken within four (4) weeks of the consultation unless otherwise advised.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

6. Booking Policy
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or through other approved booking methods.

A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We understand that circumstances can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, failure to attend, or repeated late cancellations may result in:
-
forfeiture of any booking fee or deposit;
-
a cancellation fee;
-
requirement for full prepayment before future appointments.
These policies allow us to offer appointment times to other patients and maintain efficient clinical scheduling.

8. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment.
However, appointment times may need to be shortened or rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely complete your consultation or treatment.
Late arrival does not alter applicable cancellation or booking fees.
9. Treatment Suitability
Patient safety is our highest priority.
Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment, medical history and professional judgement.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone or modify treatment where we believe this is in the patient's best interests.
Examples include:
-
pregnancy or breastfeeding where appropriate;
-
active infection;
-
unsuitable medical conditions;
-
unrealistic expectations;
-
insufficient healing time since previous procedures;
-
inability to provide informed consent.
10. Treatment Results
Individual responses vary.

Although every effort is made to achieve optimal outcomes, no guarantee can be provided regarding:
-
treatment longevity;
-
aesthetic outcome;
-
degree of improvement;
-
need for maintenance treatment.
Results differ depending on anatomy, metabolism, healing, lifestyle and other individual factors.
11. Risks & Complications
All cosmetic medical procedures involve potential risks. These will be discussed during your consultation and informed consent process before treatment.
Patients agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by their clinician.

General aftercare information is available on the Nurse Ellen website. Following treatment, patients will also receive personalised aftercare instructions specific to their treatment. These instructions should always be followed in conjunction with any advice provided by your clinician.

Failure to follow clinical advice or recommended aftercare instructions may increase the risk of complications, delay healing and affect treatment outcomes.

If you have any questions or concerns following treatment, please contact the clinic promptly. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately or attend your nearest Emergency Department.

12. Clinical Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment as part of your medical record.

These images assist with treatment planning, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Images will not be used for marketing purposes without your separate written consent.
13. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at the clinic and on our booking platform.

14. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of professional cosmetic medical services, refunds cannot be provided because a patient changes their mind or is dissatisfied with the aesthetic outcome where treatment has been performed appropriately.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where concerns arise, we encourage patients to contact the clinic promptly so that appropriate follow-up care can be arranged.

15. Privacy
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Australian privacy legislation.
