Rather than assessing a facial line in isolation, Ellen considers how the surrounding muscles move and how different areas of the face interact during expression.The aim of the consultation is to understand what is contributing to your concern before discussing whether management is appropriate.

Your consultation may include discussion of your facial movement patterns, skin quality, medical history, previous procedures, personal concerns and appropriate management options.Any treatment involving prescription-only medicines can only be determined following clinical assessment and consultation.

UNDERSTANDING SMILE, UPPER LIP MOVEMENT & GUM DISPLAY

The amount of gum visible when smiling naturally varies between individuals and can be influenced by facial anatomy, upper lip movement and the relationship between the lips, teeth and gums.

For some people, increased gum display may be more noticeable with a full smile or during facial expression. Each smile is individual, and there is no single ideal amount of gum visibility.
