FULL-FACE BALANCING

LOOKING AT THE FACE AS A WHOLE
Facial balance is influenced by the relationship between multiple features rather than one individual area. The forehead, mid-face, cheeks, lips, chin, jawline and overall profile all contribute to how the face is perceived as a whole.

There is significant natural variation between individuals, and there is no single measurement, proportion or facial shape that represents an ideal or “perfect” face.

My approach to full-face consultation is centred on understanding your individual anatomy, concerns and goals rather than assessing features in isolation.

A FULL-FACE APPROACH
Changes in facial structure, skin quality, movement and volume distribution can influence facial proportions over time.

During a full-face consultation, I consider how different areas relate to one another and whether the concern you have identified may be influenced by other aspects of your facial anatomy.

Depending on your individual concerns, assessment may include:
-
Facial proportions and symmetry
-
Facial movement and lines
-
Cheek and mid-face volume
-
Temple volume changes
-
Under-eye and tear trough concerns
-
Lip shape and proportion
-
Chin and profile balance
-
Jawline and lower-face proportions
-
Skin quality
Assessment of an area does not mean that treatment of that area is recommended or required.

YOUR CONSULTATION
Your medical history, facial anatomy, areas of concern and treatment goals are carefully assessed before suitable management options are discussed.

Recommendations are individual and based on clinical assessment. In some circumstances, this may involve discussing one area; in others, a staged approach may be considered. There may also be circumstances where a cosmetic procedure is not considered appropriate.
The purpose of consultation is to provide you with information relevant to your individual circumstances so you can make an informed decision without pressure to proceed.
TREATMENT PLANNING
Where a cosmetic procedure is considered appropriate, your consultation will include discussion of the proposed treatment plan, alternatives, limitations, relevant risks and potential complications, expected recovery and other considerations relevant to informed consent.

All cosmetic procedures carry risks, and individual experiences and outcomes vary.
PRESCRIPTION MEDICINES
In accordance with Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements, prescription medicines cannot be advertised to the public.

For this reason, specific prescription medicine names, products, pricing or information that may encourage their use are not provided on this website. Treatment options involving prescription medicines can only be considered following an appropriate individual consultation and clinical assessment.

PRICING
A consultation is required. Costs vary depending on the individual treatment plan, area treated and product prescribed following consultation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Cosmetic procedures are not suitable for everyone and carry risks and potential complications. Individual suitability, expected outcomes, alternatives, recovery and relevant risks are discussed during consultation. Results and experiences vary between individuals. A consultation does not mean you are required to proceed with a procedure.
